How do I wash my FINGY Prosthetic?

Hand wash with warm water and mild soap. Rinse in clean water.

Air dry out of direct sunlight. Use a cloth to wipe off water and let hang until dry.

Note that washing may wear the color of your prosthetic if you chose a dyed color.

DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY YOUR BELT!

What materials are used to make these prosthetics?

All FINGY prosthetics are made from 100% nylon using highend 3d-printing technology.

There is a problem with my product.

Product failures or manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days or replaced with in 1 year.  Contact us at Support@fingy3d.com with information on the problem and we'll make things right!

SIZING

How does sizing work?

After placing an order, you will recieve a link on the confimation page and by email to our FINGY Scanner. There you will be guided through steps on taking a proper picture that we will use to get accurate measurements of your hand.

Do you have a prosthetic that fits my specific amputation?

Our current prosthetics are aimed at serving single finger amputations at the DIP and PIP joints. If you have: 1.finger missing clear down to the knuckle 2. a missing thumb or 3. mutiple PIP amputations ; we are currently developing prosthetics for these cases.

My sizing is off, what should I do?

If your FINGY Prosthetic need minor adjustment, you can use the included sizer to adjust the base of the prosthetic: [INCLUDE SIZE ADJUST GUIDE]

If you received a FINGY Prosthetic and sizing is completely off contact us at support@fingy3d.com to review your case.

ORDERS

I made a mistake while ordering...

You may make changes to an order with in 24 hours of order otherwise you may be responcible for the 50% of the order price.

Please note that changes made to your order may not be reflected on emailed order updates.

Can I return/exchange my prosthetic?

Because Fingy prosthetics are completely custome returns and exchanges are not possible.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel an order with in 24 hours of order otherwise you may be responcible for the 50% of the order price.

SHIPPING

How long does it take for a Fingy to ship?

Allow a total of 3 weeks for processing and fufillment. In this short time we scan, model, print and ship your custom prosthetic right to your door.

If it has been longer than 3 weeks please reach out at support@fingy3d.com.

My order says delivered, but it actually was not delivered.

Sometimes mail services will ‘confirm’ a delivery preemptively.  This almost always fixes itsself within 5 business days.

If your package has not arrived 5 business days after its expected date, email us with your order number at support@fingy3d.com

Why didn't I receive a tracking number?

If you didn't receive a tracking number it may be because the email was sent to your spam folder. Still not there? Feel free to reach out to our customer support team and they will help you out!
